If confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled without notice.
2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Pakistan.

International orders are not accepted at this time.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the location.

Please note: delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order size and location.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly mentioned on our website.
5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via Email.

Tracking links can be used to follow your order status through our courier partner’s portal.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to us.
Important:
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be required to make full online payment in advance for any future orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be available for that customer again.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.
