We do not offer any refunds in cash or bank transfer form. All sales are considered final once confirmed and shipped. However, exchanges are available under eligible conditions outlined below.

To qualify for an exchange, the customer must:

Ensure the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including jewelry box, tags, and any protective materials.
Exchanges will not be accepted if:

Items have been worn, used, or tampered with.

Original packaging is missing.

The exchange request is made after the 48-hour window.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Share your order number, details of the issue, and an unboxing video showing the problem.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and initiate your exchange process.
Please note that exchange shipping charges may apply, unless the mistake was on our end (e.g., wrong or missing item).
4. Product Care Responsibility
All Grace jewelry is made to last, but care must be taken. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper storage

Exposure to moisture, perfumes, or chemicals

Accidental breakage after receipt
Such cases are not eligible for exchange.
